Refunds and returns are handled on case by case basis. This is done to help reduce fraud. If a refund is granted, it will exclude original shipping costs. All unused product must be returned; the return shipping will be covered by Seller. 

• Extract products are not refundable.

Important: before making large quantity purchases, we recommend Buyer purchase smaller sample size packages. This reduces the need for returns and keeps costs down for Buyers.
